European Union , Treaty of Lisbon, and the United States

The people of Ireland just voted by a two-thirds majority to approve the Treaty of Lisbon. The Treaty of Lisbon is the equivalent of our constitution. It is a document which gives the European Union more power and steals the sovereignty of the nations which are members. It gives the European Union the powere to create new laws which override the laws of the individual countries. An example of this is the end of trial by jury. The European Union isn't new like many think. It started back in 1948 in Brussels. It started with a treaty and lots of patience. When anyone mentioned the European Union in the past, they were considered conspiracy theorists.Click here for more EU history The North American Union is just made up by some conspiracy theorists, right? Remember the NAFTA "agreement" signed by Bill Clinton back in 1994 between the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Now the U.S. government likes to call it the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America or S.P.P. Here's the NAU/SPP Wiki page
